✧ The one who drinks from vessels of gold and silver only gurgles the fire of Hell into his inside.

He said, "A river that flows from the private parts of prostitutes, whose stench harms the people of the Fire."

✧ Avoid the mother of all vices, for there was a man from those before you who worshipped and withdrew from people. A woman became attached to him, so she sent a servant to him, saying, 'We invite you to bear witness.' He entered, and every time he entered a door she locked it behind him until he reached a beautiful seated woman, and with her was a boy and a jug containing wine. She said, 'We did not invite you to bear witness, but I invited you to kill this boy, or to have intercourse with me, or to drink a cup of this wine. If you refuse, I will cry out and expose you.'" He said, "When he saw that he had no choice, he said, 'Give me a cup of this wine to drink.' She gave him a cup of wine to drink. He said, 'Give me more,' and he did not cease until he had intercourse with her and killed the soul. So avoid wine, for by Allah, faith and addiction to wine will never coexist in the chest of a man ever; one of them will soon expel the other."

✧ Some people from the companions of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ died while drinking wine.
