✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ came to the watering place and asked for a drink. Al-Abbas said, 'O Fadl, go to your mother and bring the Messenger of Allah ﷺ a drink from what she has.' The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, 'Give me a drink.' He said, 'O Messenger of Allah, they put their hands in it.' He ﷺ said, 'Give me a drink.' So he drank from it. Then he came to Zamzam, where they were drawing water and working in it, and said, 'Work, for you are upon a righteous deed.' Then he said, 'Were it not that you might be overcome, I would descend and place the rope on this,' pointing to his shoulder.
