✧ God, Mighty and Majestic, does not sleep, nor is it befitting for Him to sleep. He lowers the measure and raises it. The deeds of the night are raised to Him during the day, and the deeds of the day during the night. Al-Mas'udi added: 'His veil is fire; if He removed it, the splendors of His face would burn everything that His sight reaches.'

✧ The example of the believer who recites the Quran is like that of the citron: its fragrance is pleasant and its taste is pleasant.
