Notes

machine translationAbū ʿĪsā said: This is a good and sound (ḥasan ṣaḥīḥ) hadith. The people of knowledge disliked snuffing medicine into the nose (saʿūṭ) for the fasting person, and they held that it breaks his fast. In the hadith there is something that supports their view.
