حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ الْجُرَيْرِيُّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ رَبَاحٍ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ، عَنْ أُبَيٍّ، قَالَ: قَالَ لِي رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:

" يَا أَبَا الْمُنْذِرِ، أَيُّ آيَةٍ فِي كِتَابِ اللهِ أَعْظَمُ ؟ قُلْتُ: آيَةُ الْكُرْسِيِّ، فَقَالَ لِي: " لِيَهْنِكَ الْعِلْمُ أَبَا الْمُنْذِرِ، فَوَالَّذِي نَفْسِي بِيَدِهِ، إِنَّ لَهَا لَلِسَانًا يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ يُقَدِّسُ اللهَ عِنْدَ سَاقِ الْعَرْشِ

Translation

✧ "O Abu al-Mundhir, which verse in the Book of Allah is the greatest?" I said: The Verse of the Throne. He said to me: "May knowledge be pleasurable to you, Abu al-Mundhir; by the One in whose hand is my soul, it has a tongue on the Day of Resurrection that glorifies Allah at the leg of the Throne."
