حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ؓ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ لَهَا
يَا عَائِشَةُ هَذَا جِبْرِيلُ يَقْرَأُ عَلَيْكِ السَّلاَمَ فَقَالَتْ وَعَلَيْهِ السَّلاَمُ وَرَحْمَةُ اللَّهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ تَرَى مَا لاَ أَرَى تُرِيدُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ

ʿAisha said that the Prophet ﷺ said to her "O ʿAisha' This is Gabriel and he sends his (greetings) salutations to you." ʿAisha said, "Salutations (Greetings) to him, and Allah's Mercy and Blessings be on him," and addressing the Prophet ﷺ she said, "You see what I don't see."
