✧ Prohibition of Shedding the Blood of One Who Testifies That There Is No God but Allah

حَدَّثَنَا بَكْرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، حَدَّثَنَا عِيسَى هُوَ ابْنُ الْمُخْتَارِ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ ؓ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ:

مَنْ شَهِدَ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ، وَأَنِّي مُحَمَّدٌ رَسُولُ اللهِ، حُرِّمَ عَلَيَّ دَمُهُ، إِلَّا لِثَلَاثَةٍ: التَّارِكِ دِينَهُ، وَالثَّيِّبِ الزَّانِي، وَمَنْ قَتَلَ نَفْسًا ظُلْمًا

✧ Whoever testifies that there is no god but Allah and that I am Muhammad, the Messenger of Allah, his blood is forbidden to me except for three: the one who abandons his religion, the married adulterer, and one who kills a soul unjustly.
