حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ مُرَّةَ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:
" لَا يَحِلُّ دَمُ امْرِئٍ مُسْلِمٍ إِلَّا بِإِحْدَى ثَلَاثٍ: الثَّيِّبُ الزَّانِي، وَالنَّفْسُ بِالنَّفْسِ، وَتَارِكٌ لِدِينِهِ الْمُفَارِقُ لِلْجَمَاعَةِ
