حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ مُرَّةَ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ قَالَ:

لَا يَحِلُّ دَمُ امْرِئٍ مُسْلِمٍ إِلَّا بِإِحْدَى ثَلَاثٍ: النَّفْسُ بِالنَّفْسِ، وَالثَّيِّبُ الزَّانِي، وَالتَّارِكُ دِينَهُ الْمُفَارِقُ ( أَوِ الْفَارِقُ الْجَمَاعَةَ ).

✧ The blood of a Muslim man is not lawful except for one of three reasons: a life for a life, a previously married person who commits adultery, and one who abandons his religion and separates from the community.
