✧ Prohibition of Anger

قَالَ مُسَدَّدٌ: حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ بْنُ زِيَادٍ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ ؓ قَالَ:

جَاءَ رَجُلٌ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ، فَقَالَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، عَلِّمْنِي عَمَلًا أَدْخُلُ بِهِ الْجَنَّةَ، وَأَقْلِلْ، قَالَ ﷺ: « لَا تَغْضَبْ

Translation

✧ A man came to the Prophet ﷺ and said: “O Messenger of God, teach me a deed by which I may enter Paradise, and make it concise.” He ﷺ said: “Do not get angry.”
