✧ Consulting women about themselves and the father's execution of the marriage even if he did not consult her

وَقَالَ أَبُو يَعْلَى: حَدَّثَنَا الْحَارِثُ بْنُ سُرَيْجٍ، ثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ، ثَنَا فُضَيْلٌ أَبُو مُعَاذٍ، عَنْ أَبِي حَرِيزٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ؓ قَالَتْ: إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ

كَانَ إِذَا أَرَادَ أَنْ يُزَوِّجَ امْرَأَةً مِنْ نِسَائِهِ قَالَ: « إِنَّ فُلَانَ بْنَ فُلَانٍ يَذْكُرُ فُلَانَةَ بِنْتَ فُلَانٍ
