حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ نُمَيْرٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ ثَوْرٍ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ أَبِي صَالِحٍ عَنْ صَفِيَّةَ بِنْتِ شَيْبَةَ قَالَتْ حَدَّثَتْنِي عَائِشَةُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ
لاَ طَلاَقَ وَلاَ عَتَاقَ فِي إِغْلاَقٍ
