( وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ، أَنَا أَبُو عَمْرِو بْنُ السَّمَّاكِ، نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ غَالِبِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ، نَا كَثِيرُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، نَا قَزَعَةُ بْنُ سُوَيْدٍ عَنْ زَكَرِيَّا بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ، وَمُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ جَمِيعًا عَنْ صَفِيَّةَ بِنْتِ شَيْبَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ؓ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ:
" لَا طَلَاقَ وَلَا عَتَاقَ فِي إِغْلَاقٍ
