( وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ الْفَقِيهُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو مُحَمَّدِ بْنُ حَيَّانَ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْكَرِيمِ، ثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ سَعْدٍ، ثَنَا عَمِّي، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي، عَنِ ابْنِ إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ ثَوْرِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ الْحِمْصِيِّ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، عَنْ صَفِيَّةَ بِنْتِ شَيْبَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ - ؓ: أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ:

" لَا طَلَاقَ وَلَا عَتَاقَ فِي إِغْلَاقٍ
