أَخْبَرَنِي أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ الْعَنَزِيُّ ثنا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الدَّارِمِيُّ ثنا نُعَيْمُ بْنُ حَمَّادٍ ثنا أَبُو صَفْوَانَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الْأُمَوِيُّ عَنْ ثَوْرِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ عَنْ صَفِيَّةَ بِنْتِ شَيْبَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ

«لَا طَلَاقَ وَلَا عَتَاقَ فِي إِغْلَاقٍ»
