حَدَّثَنَا الْأُسْتَاذُ الْإِمَامُ أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ حَسَّانُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْقُرَشِيُّ أَنْبَأَ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ نُمَيْرٍ ثنا أَبِي ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ ثَوْرِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ أَبِي صَالِحٍ قَالَ بَعَثَنِي عَدِيُّ بْنُ عَدِيٍّ إِلَى صَفِيَّةَ بِنْتِ شَيْبَةَ أَسْأَلُهَا عَنْ أَشْيَاءَ كَانَتْ تَرْوِيهَا عَنْ عَائِشَةَ فَقَالَتْ حَدَّثَتْنِي عَائِشَةُ أَنَّهَا سَمِعَتْ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ
«لَا طَلَاقَ وَلَا عَتَاقَ فِي إِغْلَاقٍ»
