فَحَدَّثْنَاهُ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الْفَقِيهُ أَنْبَأَ عُبَيْدُ بْنُ شَرِيكٍ ثنا أَبُو الْجُمَاهِرِ ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ بَشِيرٍ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ سَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدُبٍ قَالَ
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «إِذَا نَكَحَ الْوَلِيَّانِ فَهُوَ لِلْأَوَّلِ وَإِذَا بَاعَ الْمُجِيزَانِ فَهُوَ لِلْأَوَّلِ» وَقَدْ تَابَعَ قَتَادَةُ عَلَى رِوَايَتِهِ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ أَشْعَثَ بْنَ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ الْحُمْرَانِيَّ
Translation

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "If two guardians contract a marriage, it belongs to the first; and if two authorizers sell, it belongs to the first." And Qatadah was followed in his narration from al-Hasan by Ash'ath ibn 'Abd al-Malik al-Humrani.
