أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْأَنْصَارِيُّ حَدَّثَنِي أَشْعَثُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ سَمُرَةَ
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «إِذَا نَكَحَ الْمُجِيزَانِ فَالْأَوَّلُ أَحَقُّ» هَذِهِ الطُّرُقُ الْوَاضِحَةُ الَّتِي ذَكَرْتُهَا لِهَذَا الْمَتْنِ كُلُّهَا صَحِيحَةٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ الْبُخَارِيِّ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ على شرط البخاري
Translation

✧ From the Prophet ﷺ, he said: "If two authorizers contract a marriage, then the first has more right." These clear paths that I have mentioned for this text are all sound according to the condition of al-Bukhari, but they did not include it on the condition of al-Bukhari.
