حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ شَبِيبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، حَدَّثَنَا كَوْثَرُ بْنُ حَكِيمٍ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ. عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرٍ الصِّدِّيقِ، قَالَ:

قُلْتُ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ مَا نَجَاةُ هَذَا الْأَمْرِ الَّذِي نَحْنُ فِيهِ ؟ قَالَ: مَنْ شَهِدَ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ، فَهُوَ لَهُ نَجَاةٌ

Translation

✧ I said: O Messenger of God, what is the salvation of this matter in which we are? He said: Whoever bears witness that there is no god but God alone, with no partner, that is salvation for him.
