✧ I set out with some men from an 'umrah, and we passed by Abu Sa'id al-Khudri and entered upon him. He said: 'Where do you intend to go?' I said: 'We intend to go to the Mount (al-Tur).' He said: 'And what is the Mount? I heard the Messenger of God ﷺ say: "The saddles of mounts are not fastened to any mosque in which God is mentioned, except to three mosques: the Sacred Mosque, the Mosque of Madinah, and the Aqsa Mosque. And prayer is not valid in two hours of the day: after dawn until the sun rises, and after 'asr until the sun sets. And fasting is not valid on two days of the year: the day of breaking the fast of Ramadan, and the day of sacrifice in Dhu al-Hijjah. And no woman travels a journey in Islam except with a husband or a mahram."
