✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ sent him out as a scout while his companions were in ihram, and he was not in ihram. He said: We saw a wild donkey, and I asked them to lend me a whip, but they refused to lend me, so I snatched it from one of them. I caught it and slaughtered it. They refused to eat with me, so they went to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and said: O Messenger of Allah, we did something we do not know what it is. They told him, and the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Eat, and feed us."
