حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو عِمْرَانَ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ الصَّامِتِ، يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ:
" إِنَّهُ سَيَكُونُ أُمَرَاءُ يُؤَخِّرُونَ الصَّلَاةَ عَنْ مَوَاقِيتِهَا، أَلَا فَصَلِّ الصَّلَاةَ لِوَقْتِهَا، ثُمَّ ائْتِهِمْ، فَإِنْ كَانُوا قَدْ صَلَّوْا كُنْتَ قَدْ أَحْرَزْتَ صَلَاتَكَ، وَإِلَّا صَلَّيْتَ مَعَهُمْ فَكَانَتْ لَكَ نَافِلَةً

✧ There will be leaders who delay the prayer beyond its proper times. So pray the prayer at its time, then go to them. If they have already prayed, you will have secured your prayer; otherwise, pray with them and it will be a supererogatory prayer for you.
