حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدُوسِ بْنِ كَامِلٍ ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْجَعْدِ ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ عَنْ أَبِي وَاقِدٍ اللَّيْثِيِّ قَالَ
قَدِمَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ الْمَدِينَةَ وَالنَّاسُ يَجُبُّونَ أَسْنِمَةَ الْإِبِلِ وَيَقْطَعُونَ أَلْيَاتِ الْغَنَمِ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «مَا قُطِعَ مِنَ الْبَهِيمَةِ وَهِيَ حَيَّةٌ فَهُوَ مَيْتَةٌ»

✧ The Prophet ﷺ came to Madinah while the people were cutting off the humps of camels and the tails of sheep. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, 'Whatever is cut from a living animal is carrion.'
