✧ We went out with 'Abdullah ؓ from his house while the imam was bowing, so we bowed, then we walked until we joined the row. A man passed by and said: 'Peace be upon you, O Abu 'Abd al-Rahman.' He said: 'Allah is Greatest. Allah and His Messenger have spoken the truth.' When we finished the prayer, we said: 'O Abu 'Abd al-Rahman, it is as if the man's greeting startled you.' He said: 'Yes, it was said that among the signs of the Hour are that mosques are taken as thoroughfares, that a man greets another only because he knows him, that a woman and a man trade together, and that women and horses become expensive together, then become cheap and never become expensive again.'
