Translation

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ came out to us while we were in the mosque, and he had bound his head with a cloth during the illness in which he died. He headed towards the pulpit, and we followed him. He said: 'By the One in Whose hand is my soul, I am indeed standing at the Pond this very hour...' the hadith, and in it is the virtue of Abu Bakr ؓ, and at its end: 'Then he descended ﷺ, and he did not stand until that hour.'
