✧ The Messenger of God ﷺ came out to us in his illness in which he died, and his head was bandaged. I followed him until he stood on the pulpit, and he said: "Indeed, at this hour I am standing at the Hawd." Then he said: "Indeed, a servant was offered the world and its adornment, and he chose the Hereafter." He said: "No one among the people understood this except Abu Bakr, who said: May my father and mother be your ransom. Rather, we will ransom you with our wealth, our selves, and our children." Then he descended from the pulpit, and thereafter he was not seen upon it until this hour.
