✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ came out to us during the illness in which he died, with his head bandaged. He said: I followed him until he ascended the pulpit. He said: Then he said: 'Indeed, at this moment, I am standing at the Hawd.' Then he said: 'Indeed, a servant was offered the world and its adornment, and he chose the Hereafter.' No one among the people understood that except Abu Bakr, who said: 'May my father and mother be sacrificed for you; rather, we ransom you with our own selves, our children, our wealth, and our clients.' He said: Then he descended from the pulpit, and he was not seen until that hour.
