قَالَ إِسْحَاقُ: أَخْبَرَنَا كَثِيرُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ، حَدَّثَنَا فُرَاتُ بْنُ سَلْمَانَ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُلْوَانَ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ ؓ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ:
ثَلَاثٌ مِنْ أَصْلِ الدِّينِ: تُجَمِّعُ وَرَاءَ كُلِّ بَرٍّ وَفَاجِرٍ، وَيُصَلَّى عَلَى مَنْ مَاتَ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْقِبْلَةِ، وَيُجَاهَدُ فِي خِلَافَةِ مَنْ كَانَ، لَكَ أَجْرُكَ
Translation

✧ Three things are from the foundations of the religion: gathering behind every righteous and sinful person, praying over whoever dies from the people of the Qiblah, and striving under the leadership of whoever is in authority; you will have your reward.
