✧ Clarification That the Default Ruling for Things Is Permissibility

وَقَالَ أَبُو يَعْلَى: حَدَّثَنَا الْقَوَارِيرِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ؓ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:

إِذَا دَخَلْتَ عَلَى أَخِيكَ الْمُسْلِمِ فَكُلْ مِنْ طَعَامِهِ وَلَا تَسْأَلْ، وَاشْرَبْ مِنْ شَرَابِهِ وَلَا تَسْأَلْ

Translation
