✧ The Prescribed Punishment for Drinking Wine

وَقَالَ أَبُو يَعْلَى: ثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ أَبِي إِسْرَائِيلَ، حَدَّثَنِيهِ هِشَامُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ، أَخْبَرَنِي عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ صَخْرٍ الْإِفْرِيقِيُّ، عَنْ جَمِيلِ بْنِ كُرَيْبٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو ؓ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:

« مَنْ شَرِبَ خَمْرًا فَاجْلِدُوهُ ثَمَانِينَ
