✧ "Indeed, a husband's right over his wife is that if he asks her for herself while she is on the back of a camel, she should not refuse him. Among the husband's rights over his wife is that she should not fast a voluntary day except with his permission; if she does, she becomes hungry and thirsty, and it is not accepted from her. Among the husband's rights over his wife is that she should not give anything from his house except with his permission; if she does, the reward is for someone else and the hardship is upon her. Among the husband's rights over his wife is that she should not leave her house except with his permission; if she does, the angels of heaven, the angels of mercy, and the angels of punishment curse her until she returns or repents."
