  • Dāraquṭnī

machine translationYazīd b. Marwān was alone in narrating it from Mālik, from al-Zuhrī, from him, and he was not corroborated. The correct form is what is in the Muwaṭṭaʾ, from Zayd, from Saʿīd, as a mursal report.

    in موطأ مالك, p. 1266
  • Abū Bakr Aḥmad b. al-Ḥusayn al-Bayhaqī

machine translationYazīd b. Marwān narrated it in this way and erred in it. The sound version is what is in the Muwaṭṭaʾ, meaning as a mursal report.

    in موطأ مالك, p. 1266
  • Dāraquṭnī
