( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا يَحْيَى بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، أَنَا الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، أَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ، أَنَا مُسْلِمٌ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ أَبِي بَزَّةَ قَالَ:
قَدِمْتُ الْمَدِينَةَ فَوَجَدْتُ جَزُورًا قَدْ جُزِرَتْ، فَجُزِّئَتْ أَرْبَعَةَ أَجْزَاءٍ، كُلُّ جُزْءٍ مِنْهَا بِعَنَاقٍ، فَأَرَدْتُ أَنْ أَبْتَاعَ مِنْهَا جُزْءًا، فَقَالَ لِي رَجُلٌ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْمَدِينَةِ: إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ نَهَى أَنْ يُبَاعَ حَيٌّ بِمَيِّتٍ، قَالَ: فَسَأَلْتُ عَنْ ذَلِكَ الرَّجُلِ فَأُخْبِرْتُ عَنْهُ خَيْرًا
