حَدَّثَنَا حُمَيْدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ مُطَرِّفٍ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ
فِي الرَّجُلِ يَرْهَنُ الرَّهْنَ ثُمَّ يَمُوتُ صَاحِبُهُ وَلَا يَدَعُ مَالًا غَيْرَ الرَّهْنِ، وَعَلَيْهِ دَيْنٌ سِوَى دَيْنِ صَاحِبِ الرَّهْنِ ؟ قَالَ: الْمُرْتَهِنُ أَحَقُّ بِالرَّهْنِ مِنْ غُرَمَاءِ الْمَيِّتِ
