حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ وَسَالِمٍ وَعَامِرٍ قَالُوا:
إِذَا مَاتَ الرَّاهِنُ وَعَلَيْهِ دَيْنٌ، فَالْمُرْتَهِنُ أَحَقُّ بِهِ مِنَ الْغُرَمَاءِ حَتَّى يَسْتَوْفِيَ
