حَدَّثَنَا غُنْدَرٌ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ
فِي رَجُلٍ زَنَى قَبْلَ أَنْ يَدْخُلَ بِامْرَأَتِهِ، فَكَانَ مِنْ رَأْيِهِ أَنْ لَا يُفَرَّقَ بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَ امْرَأَتِهِ
