حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ عَنِ الشَّيْبَانِيِّ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ:
هِيَ امْرَأَتُهُ يُقَامُ عَلَيْهِ الْحَدُّ، إِنْ شَاءَ طَلَّقَ وَإِنْ شَاءَ أَمْسَكَ كَمَا أَنَّهُ لَوْ فَجَرَ لَمْ تُنْزَعْ عَنْهُ امْرَأَتُهُ
