حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ
فِي رَجُلٍ تَزَوَّجَ امْرَأَةً، فَأَصَابَ أَحَدُهُمَا فَاحِشَةً قَبْلَ أَنْ يَدْخُلَ بِهَا قَالَ: يُجْلَدُ وَلَا يُفَرَّقُ بَيْنَهُمَا
