حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ الثَّقَفِيُّ ثَنَا يُوسُفُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ الْقَاضِي ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي بَكْرٍ ثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَارِثِ ثَنَا أَيُّوبُ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي مُلَيْكَةَ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي عُقْبَةُ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ قَالَ

«جِيءَ بِالنُّعَيْمَانِ فَأَمَرَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ مَنْ فِي الْبَيْتِ فَضَرَبُوهُ بِالْأَيْدِي وَالنِّعَالِ» وَكُنْتُ فِيمَنْ ضَرَبَهُعلى شرط البخاري ومسلم

Translation

✧ Al-Nuʿaymān was brought, and the Messenger of Allah ﷺ ordered those in the house, so they beat him with hands and sandals. And I was among those who beat him. This is according to the conditions of al-Bukhārī and Muslim.
