أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الشَّيْبَانِيُّ بِالْكُوفَةِ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ حَازِمٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَزْرَةَ ثنا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُوسَى ثنا جَرِيرُ بْنُ حَازِمٍ عَنِ الزُّبَيْرِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَلِيِّ بْنِ يَزِيدَ بْنِ رُكَانَةَ عَنْ جَدِّهِ رُكَانَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ يَزِيدَ
أَنَّهُ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ الْبَتَّةَ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ فَسَأَلْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ عَنْ ذَلِكَ فَقَالَ «مَا أَرَدْتَ بِذَلِكَ؟» قَالَ أَرَدْتُ بِهِ وَاحِدَةً قَالَ «آللَّهِ؟» قَالَ اللَّهِ قَالَ «فَهُوَ مَا أَرَدْتَ»

✧ He divorced his wife irrevocably during the time of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. He said: I asked the Prophet ﷺ about that, and he said: 'What did you intend by that?' He said: I intended one divorce. He said: 'By Allah?' He said: By Allah. He said: 'It is as you intended.'

قَدِ انْحَرَفَ الشَّيْخَانِ عَنِ الزُّبَيْرِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ الْهَاشِمِيِّ فِي الصَّحِيحَيْنِ « غَيْرَ أَنَّ لِهَذَا الْحَدِيثِ مُتَابِعًا مِنْ بِنْتِ رُكَانَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ يَزِيدَ الْمُطَّلِبِيِّ» فَيَصِحُّ بِهِ الْحَدِيثُ قد انحرف في الصحيحين عن الزبير بن سعيد لكن له متابعا يصح به الحديث
