   كَلَّمَ طَلْحَةُ بْنُ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ عَامِرَ بْنَ فُهَيْرَةَ بِشَيْءٍ، فَقَالَ لَهُ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ: مَهْلًا يَا طَلْحَةُ؛ فَإِنَّهُ قَدْ شَهِدَ بَدْرًا كَمَا شَهِدْتَهُ، وَخَيْرُكُمْ خَيْرُكُمْ لِمَوَالِيهِ

   ✧ Ṭalḥah b. ʿUbayd Allāh spoke harshly to ʿĀmir b. Fuhayrah, and the Prophet ﷺ said to him: “Gently, O Ṭalḥah, for he was present at Badr just as you were present, and the best of you is the one who is best to his freedmen.”

   يُحْشَرُ الْأَنْبِيَاءُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ عَلَى الدَّوَابِّ لِيُوَافُوا مِنْ قُبُورِهِمُ الْمَحْشَرَ، وَيُبْعَثُ صَالِحٌ - عَلَيْهِ السَّلَامُ - عَلَى نَاقَتِهِ، وَيُبْعَثُ ابْنَايَ الْحَسَنُ وَالْحُسَيْنُ عَلَى نَاقَتِي الْعَضْبَاءِ، وَأُبْعَثُ عَلَى الْبُرَاقِ خَطْوُهَا عِنْدَ أَقْصَى طَرَفِهَا، وَيُبْعَثُ بِلَالٌ عَلَى نَاقَةٍ مِنْ نُوقِ الْجَنَّةِ، فَيُنَادِي بِالْأَذَانِ مَحْضًا، وَبِالشَّهَادَةِ حَقًّا حَقًّا، حَتَّى إِذَا قَالَ: أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللهِ، شَهِدَ لَهُ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ مِنَ الْأَوَّلِينَ وَالْآخِرِينَ، فَقُبِلَتْ مِمَّنْ قُبِلَتْ وَرُدَّتْ عَلَى مَنْ رُدَّتْ

   ✧ The prophets will be gathered on the Day of Resurrection upon mounts so that they may arrive from their graves to the gathering place. Ṣāliḥ ﷺ will be sent upon his she-camel, and my two sons, al-Ḥasan and al-Ḥusayn, will be sent upon my she-camel al-ʿAḍbāʾ, and I will be sent upon al-Burāq, whose stride reaches as far as its eye can see. Bilāl will be sent upon a she-camel from the she-camels of Paradise, and he will call the adhān purely and pronounce the shahādah truly, truly, until when he says, “I bear witness that Muḥammad is the Messenger of Allah,” the believers from the first and the last will bear witness for him, and it will be accepted from those from whom it is accepted and rejected for those for whom it is rejected.

   لِلْمَمْلُوكِ عَلَى سَيِّدِهِ ثَلَاثُ خِصَالٍ: لَا يُعَجِّلُهُ عَنْ صَلَاتِهِ، وَلَا يُقِيمُهُ عَنْ طَعَامِهِ، وَيُشْبِعُهُ كُلَّ الْإِشْبَاعِ

   ✧ The slave has three rights over his master: he should not be rushed away from his prayer, he should not be kept from his food, and he should be fully satisfied with every kind of satiation.

   كَانَ يُصَلِّي قَبْلَ الْعَصْرِ أَرْبَعَ رَكَعَاتٍ

   ✧ He used to pray four rakʿahs before the ʿaṣr prayer.

   سَيَكُونُ آخِرَ أُمَّتِي نِسَاءٌ كَاسِيَاتٌ عَارِيَاتٌ عَلَى رُؤُوسِهِنَّ كَأَسْنِمَةِ الْبُخْتِ، الْعَنُوهُنَّ فَإِنَّهُنَّ مَلْعُونَاتٌ

   ✧ There will be at the end of my ummah women who are clothed yet naked, on their heads something like the humps of camels. Curse them, for they are cursed.

   مَنْ أَكَلَ ثُومًا أَوْ بَصَلًا فَلْيَعْتَزِلْنَا، أَوْ لِيَعْتَزِلْ مَسْجِدَنَا، أَوْ لِيَقْعُدْ فِي بَيْتِهِ

   ✧ Whoever eats garlic or onion should keep away from us, or keep away from our mosque, or stay in his house.

   إِذَا أَرَادَ اللهُ بِعَبْدٍ شَرًّا خَضَّرَ لَهُ فِي اللَّبِنِ وَالطِّينِ حَتَّى يَبْنِيَ

   ✧ When God wills evil for a servant, He makes him eager for bricks and clay until he builds.

   قَرَأْتُ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ اللهُ الَّذِي خَلَقَكُمْ مِنْ ضَعْفٍ، فَقَالَ: مِنْ ضَعْفٍ، ثُمَّ جَعَلَ مِنْ بَعْدِ ضَعْفٍ قُوَّةً فَقَالَ: ثُمَّ جَعَلَ مِنْ بَعْدِ ضَعْفٍ قُوَّةً

   ✧ I recited to the Prophet ﷺ: “God is the One who created you from weakness.” He said: “From weakness.” “Then He made after weakness strength.” He said: “Then He made after weakness strength.”

   أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَرَأَ فَشَارِبُونَ شُرْبَ الْهِيمِ

   ✧ The Prophet ﷺ recited: “And you will drink as the thirsty camels drink.”

    بَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَلَى سُبَاطَةِ قَوْمٍ، ثُمَّ تَوَضَّأَ، وَمَسَحَ خُفَّيْهِ

    ✧ The Messenger of God ﷺ urinated at a people’s garbage dump, then performed ablution and wiped over his leather socks.

    مَا كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يَمْتَنِعُ مِنْ شَيْءٍ مِنْ وَجْهِي وَهُوَ صَائِمٌ

    ✧ The Messenger of God ﷺ would not refrain from anything from my face while he was fasting.

    مِنِ اقْتِرَابِ السَّاعَةِ أَنْ يُرَى الْهِلَالُ قَبَلًا، فَيُقَالُ: لِلَيْلَتَيْنِ، وَأَنْ تُتَّخَذَ الْمَسَاجِدُ طُرُقًا، وَأَنْ يَظْهَرَ مَوْتُ الْفُجَاءَةِ

    ✧ Among the signs of the Hour’s approach is that the new moon will be seen in advance and it will be said, “It is for two nights,” that mosques will be used as thoroughfares, and that sudden death will appear.
