   مَنْ كَظَمَ غَيْظًا، وَهُوَ قَادِرٌ عَلَى إِنْفَاذِهِ خَيَّرَهُ اللهُ مِنَ الْحُورِ الْعِينِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ، وَمَنْ أَنْكَحَ عَبْدًا. وَضَعَ اللهُ عَلَى رَأْسِهِ تَاجَ الْمُلْكِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ

   ✧ Whoever restrains anger while able to act upon it, Allah will offer him any of the wide-eyed maidens of Paradise on the Day of Resurrection. And whoever marries off a slave, Allah will place upon his head a crown of kingship on the Day of Resurrection.

   مَنْ مَسَّ فَرْجَهُ فَلْيَتَوَضَّأْ

   ✧ Whoever touches his private part should perform wudu.

   أَفْضَلُ الْعِبَادَةِ الْفِقْهُ، وَأَفْضَلُ الدِّينِ الْوَرَعُ

   ✧ The most excellent form of worship is understanding of religion, and the most excellent part of religion is piety.

   أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَرَأَ فِي عَيْنٍ حَمِئَةٍ

   ✧ The Prophet ﷺ recited [the verse with] “a spring of murky water” (ʿaynin ḥamiʾah).

   ثَلَاثَةٌ لَا يَهُولُهُمُ الْفَزَعُ الْأَكْبَرُ وَلَا يَنَالُهُمُ الْحِسَابُ، هُمْ عَلَى كَثِيبٍ مِنْ مِسْكٍ حَتَّى يَفْرَغَ مِنْ حِسَابِ الْخَلَائِقِ: رَجُلٌ قَرَأَ الْقُرْآنَ ابْتِغَاءَ وَجْهِ اللهِ، وَأَمَّ بِهِ قَوْمًا وَهُمْ يَرْضَوْنَ بِهِ، وَدَاعٍ يَدْعُو إِلَى الصَّلَوَاتِ الْخَمْسِ ابْتِغَاءَ وَجْهِ اللهِ، وَعَبْدٌ أَحْسَنَ فِيمَا بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَ رَبِّهِ وَفِيمَا بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَ مَوَالِيهِ

   ✧ Three types of people will not be terrified by the greatest terror, nor will they be subjected to the reckoning. They will be upon a hill of musk until the reckoning of all creatures is completed: a man who recited the Qurʾan seeking the countenance of Allah and led a people in prayer while they were pleased with him; a caller who calls to the five prayers seeking the countenance of Allah; and a slave who was excellent in what was between him and his Lord and in what was between him and his masters.

   أَنَّ رَجُلًا قَالَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ أَيُصَلِّي أَحَدُنَا فِي الثَّوْبِ الْوَاحِدِ ؟ فَقَالَ: أَوَكُلُّكُمْ يَجِدُ ثَوْبَيْنِ

   ✧ A man said, “O Messenger of Allah, may one of us pray in a single garment?” He replied, “Does every one of you find two garments?”

   مَنْ رَأَى مِنْ أَخِيهِ عَوْرَةً فَسَتَرَهَا دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ

   ✧ Whoever sees a fault of his brother and conceals it will enter Paradise.

   لَقِّنُوا مَوْتَاكُمْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ، وَقُولُوا: الثَّبَاتَ الثَّبَاتَ، وَلَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِاللهِ

   ✧ Instruct your dying ones to say: “There is no deity but Allah,” and say: “Steadfastness, steadfastness, and there is no power except with Allah.”

   مَنْ قَرَأَ الْقُرْآنَ يَقُومُ بِهِ أَنَاءَ اللَّيْلِ وَالنَّهَارِ يُحِلُّ حَلَالَهُ وَيُحَرِّمُ حَرَامَهُ، حَرَّمَ اللهُ لَحْمَهُ وَدَمَهُ عَلَى النَّارِ، وَجَعَلَهُ رَفِيقَ السَّفَرَةِ الْكِرَامِ الْبَرَرَةِ، حَتَّى إِذَا كَانَ يَوْمُ الْقِيَامَةِ كَانَ الْقُرْآنُ لَهُ حُجَّةً

   ✧ Whoever recites the Qurʾan and acts upon it during the hours of the night and day, permitting its permissible and forbidding its forbidden, Allah will forbid his flesh and blood to the Fire and will make him a companion of the noble, righteous scribes, so that on the Day of Resurrection the Qurʾan will be an argument for him.
