نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ الْفَارِسِيُّ نا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ عَبَّادٍ نا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عُمَارَةَ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ عَنْ طَاوُسٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ

قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ مَنْ قُتِلَ عِمِّيَّا رِمِّيَّا بِحَجَرٍ أَوْ ضَرْبًا بِعَصًا أَوْ سَوْطٍ فَعَقْلُهُ عَقْلُ الْخَطَأِ وَمَنْ قَتَلَ اعْتِبَاطًا فَهُوَ قَوَدٌ لَا يُحَالُ بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَ قَاتِلِهِ فَمَنْ حَالَ بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَ قَاتِلِهِ فَعَلَيْهِ لَعْنَةُ اللَّهِ وَالْمَلَائِكَةِ وَالنَّاسِ أَجْمَعِينَ لَا يُقْبَلُ مِنْهُ صَرْفٌ وَلَا عَدْلٌ
