Whoever is killed in a blind brawl, where they throw stones at one another or strike with a stick, it is an accidental killing, and its blood money is the blood money for accidental killing. And whoever kills intentionally, he is subject to retaliation by his own hand. Whoever intervenes to prevent it, upon him is the curse of Allah, the angels, and all the people. Al-Ḥusayn added: Allah will not accept from him any obligatory or voluntary act.
