ح وَنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ الْوَاسِطِيُّ نا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَوْنٍ نا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ عَنْ طَاوُسٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ
مَنْ قُتِلَ فِي عِمِّيَّا أَوْ رِمِّيَّا فَهُوَ خَطَأٌ وَدِيَتُهُ دِيَةُ خَطَإٍ وَمَنْ قَتَلَ عَمْدًا فَهُوَ قَوَدُ يَدِهِ مَنْ حَالَ دُونَهُ فَعَلَيْهِ لَعْنَةُ اللَّهِ وَالْمَلَائِكَةِ وَالنَّاسِ أَجْمَعِينَ
