( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو حَازِمٍ الْحَافِظُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو الْفَضْلِ بْنُ خَمِيرَوَيْهِ، ثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ نَجْدَةَ، ثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، ( ح ) وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ السُّلَمِيُّ، وَأَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ الْفَقِيهُ، قَالَا: أَنْبَأَ عَلِيُّ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْحَافِظُ، ثَنَا ابْنُ مَنِيعٍ، ثَنَا دَاوُدُ بْنُ رُشَيْدٍ، قَالَا: ثَنَا مَرْوَانُ بْنُ مُعَاوِيَةَ، ثَنَا دَهْثَمُ بْنُ قُرَّانَ، ثَنَا عُقَيْلُ بْنُ دِينَارٍ مَوْلَى جَارِيَةَ بْنِ ظَفَرٍ، عَنْ جَارِيَةَ بْنِ ظَفَرٍ:

أَنَّ دَارًا كَانَتْ بَيْنَ أَخَوَيْنِ، فَحَظَرَا فِي وَسَطِهَا حِظَارًا ثُمَّ هَلَكَا وَتَرَكَ كُلُّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا عَقِبًا، فَادَّعَى عَقِبُ كُلِّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا أَنَّ الْحِظَارَ لَهُ مِنْ دُونِ صَاحِبِهِ، فَاخْتَصَمَ عَقِبَاهُمَا إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ، فَأَرْسَلَ حُذَيْفَةَ بْنَ الْيَمَانِ ؓ يَقْضِي بَيْنَهُمَا، فَقَضَى بِالْحِظَارِ لِمَنْ وَجَدَ مَعَاقِدَ الْقِمْطِ تَلِيهِ، ثُمَّ رَجَعَ، فَأَخْبَرَ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ، فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ: " أَصَبْتَ "، قَالَ دَهْثَمٌ: أَوْ قَالَ: " أَحْسَنْتَ ".
