حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا دَاوُدُ بْنُ قَيْسٍ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَقْرَمَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي
أَنَّهُ كَانَ مَعَ أَبِيهِ بِالْقَاعِ مِنْ نَمِرَةَ، فَمَرَّ بِنَا رَكْبٌ، فَقَالَ أَبِي: يَا بُنَيَّ، كُنْ فِي بَهْمِكَ حَتَّى آتِيَ هَؤُلَاءِ الْقَوْمَ فَأُسَائِلَهُمْ فَدَنَا وَدَنَوْتُ، فَكُنْتُ أَنْظُرُ إِلَى عُفْرَتَيْ إِبْطَيْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ وَهُوَ سَاجِدٌ
Translation

✧ He was with his father at al-Qa' of Namirah. A riding party passed by us, and my father said, "O my son, stay with your livestock until I go to these people and ask them." He drew near, and I drew near, and I was looking at the whiteness of the armpits of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ while he was prostrating.
