Translation

"I was with my father at the plains of Namirah. I passed by a mount and saw Messenger of Allah standing in Salat." He said: "I was looking at the earthiness of his armpits when he prostrated." [That is]: "Whiteness."

  machine translationAbū ʿĪsā said: This Aḥmar b. Jazʾ was a man from among the Companions of the Prophet ﷺ; he has only one hadith. Abū ʿĪsā said: The hadith of ʿAbdullāh b. Aqram is a good (ḥasan) hadith. We do not know it except from the hadith of Dāwūd b. Qays, and we do not know of any hadith from the Prophet ﷺ for ʿAbdullāh b. Aqram al-Khuzāʿī other than this hadith. The practice is in accordance with it according to most of the people of knowledge among the Companions of the Prophet ﷺ. He said: ʿAbdullāh b. Aqram al-Khuzāʿī has only this hadith from the Prophet ﷺ. And ʿAbdullāh b. Arqam al-Zuhrī was a Companion of the Prophet ﷺ, and he was the scribe of Abū Bakr al-Ṣiddīq. Report a problem
