حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو هِشَامٍ الرِّفَاعِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ فُضَيْلٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:

لَوْ كَانَ لِابْنِ آدَمَ وَادِيَانِ مِنْ ذَهَبٍ لَابْتَغَى ثَالِثًا، وَلَا يَمْلَأُ جَوْفَ ابْنِ آدَمَ إِلَّا التُّرَابُ

Translation

✧ If the son of Adam had two valleys of gold, he would seek a third. Nothing fills the belly of the son of Adam except dust.
