حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ
لَوْ أَنَّ لِابْنِ آدَمَ وَادِيًا مِنْ مَالٍ لَتَمَنَّى وَادِيَانِ، وَلَوْ أَنَّ لَهُ وَادِيَيْنِ لَتَمَنَّى ثَالِثًا وَلَا يَمْلَأُ جَوْفَ ابْنِ آدَمَ إِلَّا التُّرَابُ.
Translation

✧ If the son of Adam had a valley of wealth, he would wish for two valleys. And if he had two valleys, he would wish for a third. And nothing will fill the belly of the son of Adam except dust.
